We have completed the testing and certification of our new upgraded 22 Ton Truck Bag. An alternative packaging method that offers many advantages when compared to a roll-off style metal container.
Advantages
• Significant reduction in mobilization costs
• Demobilization and decontamination costs are zero. Costs are eliminated completely.
• Bag offers higher payload because of its light weight of 200 lbs compared to a container tare weight of 6,000 lbs
• Bag can be transported via truck or rail
• If shipping via truck, transport costs should be reduced because a round-trip in not needed to return an empty container
• The purchase price of the bag equals about 2-months of container rental – if the project encounters delays, money is not spent on renting containers
20 Cubic Yard Volume, 22 Ton Weight Capacity
Uses the SPS internal shape retaining system (patent pending) that retains the bag width to 8 feet or less depending upon the waste material
Utilizes eight (8) lifting straps that attach to an engineered lift beam
Certified to meet DOT IP-1 (49 CFR 173.410 & 173.411)
Uses a metal loading form that is handled with a standard roll-off truck
Dimensions in Frame: 16’ x 6’ x 5.5’ (L x W x H)

• Bag can be safely lifted using a crane rated to the proper weight capacity.
• Bag can be safely lifted using a forklift with lift beam attachment. To achieve the required lift height, forklift needs to be positioned on a loading dock or similar structure to allow (i.e. 4 feet above ground level) for the height needed to lift the bag from the frame.
